This week did not go well. My punishments did not act like a deterrent in this case, so it's obvious that I need to make adjustments to my program.

However, I did find some reasons as to why I may be procrastinating on this website:
http://www.sas.calpoly.edu/asc/ssl/procrastination.html
It presents many reasons we choose to procrastinate, and offers some guidelines for overcoming the behavior. Though these methods may not completely embody the ideas of operant conditioning that I have set up in my program, I using these techniques will show progress in my behavior change then that would be a form of positive reinforcement.
I'm determined to do better next week... because this week was a crash and burn. I felt tired, stressed, and incredibly fatigued from this weeks pressure and it could have all been avoided (looking at all those days where I did nothing).
Oh well, it could have been worse :)

hei how was ur halloween? hehhe..i think its a really good article since it gives you a lot of ways how to resolve procrastination. it also gives you explanations how you keep procrastinate.i really like the "some tools that will help" part. i think you can try following that steps.
good luck
I like how most of your week was "no assignment worked on". I find that amusing. But at least you had some positive points right? So that's good. I guess you can say you took a long break. haha
what is it exactly you do that constitutes nothing?
The website is quite informative. Especially the paragraph about "Perfectionism", because I tended to do things in such way that I want to be perfect, and thus 'wow' the people. How about you? I think you can improve youself and 'wow' youself, that you can do anything in an organized way.
Wow somebody else that hit a speed bump. Oh well it's okay it should get better :) Your reinforcements and punishments should help a lot!
